Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lakeview Outhouse, we understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair terms for all our guests. This policy explains our cancellation and refund process. By confirming a booking, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged an amount equal to the first night’s stay. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that any transaction or service charges applied by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be clearly marked as non-refundable. For such reservations, no refunds will be provided regardless of the cancellation timeline.

Reservation Modifications

Guests may request changes to their booking, such as revised dates or extended stays, subject to availability. Any modifications should be communicated at the earliest possible time and may be subject to additional charges.
